Business Development (Partnerships)


Your job is to establish and manage partnerships with endorsers (government, renown brands in technology and marketing ie. Facebook, Google, Microsoft) and employers (employers who will employ our students).

  • Seek out potential endorsers and employers
  • Make contact with potential endorsers and employers (through our network, referral or cold contact)
  • Secure partnerships with endorsers and employers
  • Build relationship with the industry
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate more demand
  • You have strong empathy for others
  • You belief in our mission of empowering people and building our ecosystem to support greater innovation and creating better jobs
  • You have a good number of years of experience with sales
  • You are comfortable conversing over the phone, via email/online chat or in person
  • You consider yourself capable in convincing people
  • You speak impeccable English
  • You have good writing skills
  • You have good attention to detail
  • You enjoy soft-selling
  • You are comfortable learning and trying new ways out
  • You are keen on absurd experiments to discover new ways of doing things
  • You are open to a technology heavy workflow to sales (e.g. trying and learning new tools to make your sales workflow more efficient)
  • You have formally or informally trained individuals on sales
  • Base salary: RM4,000 - RM8,000 (depends on experience)
